DTP Fabworks, LLC provides a warranty on its off the shelf parts for a duration of 12 months or 12,000 miles from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, there are certain conditions and limitations to this warranty:

1. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repair, modification, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear. **THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR CUSTOM BUILDS AND/OR DRAG RACING APPLICATIONS**
2. Limited Liability: DTP Fabworks, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our parts, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. Proper Installation: Proper installation is crucial for the warranty to remain valid. Failure to adhere to installation guidelines may void the warranty.
4. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice, is required for any warranty claims.
5. Examination: DTP Fabworks, LLC reserves the right to examine the allegedly defective part to determine the cause of the issue and validate warranty claims.
6. Modification: Any modification or alteration of any purchased part voids the warranty.
7. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the part.

Notification of Discontinued Car Part and Void Warranty

If a product has been discontinued from our product lineup, the warranty associated with the particular part is now void.

Discontinuation of the part means that we can no longer provide replacements or repairs under the terms of the original warranty. We understand this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
